Mr. Wertz holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Mr. Wertz has a hands-on management style with a depth of experience across private real estate development and investment and private equity as well as M&A, consulting and corporate strategy. He has held management positions with LCM Group, Dell and most recently with Brinker International

Louis Perrine, CFA

Director of Investments

Mr. Perrine holds a B.A. in Finance & Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He brings a depth of experience across financial analysis, investment due diligence, and corporate accounting. Mr. Perrine oversees the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting activity and asset management.

Iman Haddad

Development Manager

Mr. Haddad has experience in civil engineering and real estate development and construction and has managed nearly $200 million in projects across the southwest region of the United States including Mixed-Use, Residential, Multifamily, Retail, Office, and Hospitality. Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
